About Loren Elizabeth Umaña
Bronxite born and raised in the Bronx, residing now 5 years in New Jersey, Loren is the newest real estate agent with TK Real Estate Group. She attended DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois where she completed a research study program in East Africa. During her stay in Tanzania, she volunteered her time in NPO’s creating a sustainable future for women and orphaned children. Since then, Loren has had a true passion to help others. Dually licensed in NJ +NY, and specializing in both residential sales and rentals she obtained her first license in 2017(NY). Her significant market exposure has given her the expertise to educate her clients while providing a full-service experience.
Prior to joining TK Real Estate Group Loren worked for Lafayette Square, an impact investment firm bridging the gap to create an inclusive American economy. Loren has also worked in the private wealth management sector for ultra-high-net-worth families. In this role, where she successfully managed 6 estate properties, her hunger for real estate began.
After purchasing her first home, Loren became truly zealous about helping others build generational wealth through purchasing real estate. Loren enjoys facilitating her clients through the complete process of buying and selling their homes while creating an informative and seamless transaction which makes her a valuable partner agent to the brokerage.
